Bimini

Bimini is the westernmost district of the Bahamas, about 50 miles due east of Miami, and the closest Bahamian islands to the mainland United States. Bimini comprises a chain of islands located about 130 mi west-northwest of Nassau. The population of Bimini is 1,988 as of the 2010 census.
